ANTOA is not nostalgia. It is a living culture, packed properly and shipped honestly.
There is a version of African food marketing that treats the continent as a memory — sepia photographs, past tense, always looking backwards.
We are not interested in that. The farmers we buy from are running businesses today, the recipes are being adapted in Berlin and Houston kitchens today, and the culture is not preserved so much as continued.
